Look away and you missed it

It is currently very hot here in Watford and we have had a great week head-hunting and working for our clients.

I feel some what left behind by my wife and kids though who are already blogging and much more frequently than me! Well done family.

This weekend the masses will descend on our house for a party. Simeon is 3 and we are celebrating Naomi rejoining the school we wanted.

The transition from head-hunter on Friday to Dad running around at 100 miles an hour at home always takes me some time. I may just have come off the phone to a global CEO working on international placements then I have a car full of kids screaming, demanding sweets, ice cream etc then I get up to my kneck in Hope's nappies! I love them so much and would not want it any other way.

I have been following the Open Golf a little this week. It is a really good example of how the 'mental game' matters so much. Tiger is in a class of his own! So many of the players have been around for a long time and showing a great track record of success and determination in the game. It comes down to mental control though not just skill! How do you stay calm coming down the 18th!
